Bal & Associates, CPA Inc. is a full service CPA firm with two offices based out of the Sacramento area and Fresno area of California. We originated in Rocklin, California where we opened our first office in 2015. After achieving much success in the Sacramento area and at the urging of many clients in the Central Valley, we opened a second office in Fresno, California in January 2019.
